The TeamOne initiative represents a collaborative, hands-on effort to strengthen the security posture of our global Windows environments. This workshop has been designed as a working session where we will define, evaluate, and refine baseline configurations and enforcement strategies aligned with organisational standards.

Our work during this workshop will centre on the following key areas:

Windows Security Baselines — Standardised configuration frameworks for secure Windows environments
Group Policy & Enforcement — Policy implementation and enforcement across enterprise systems
Microsoft Defender & Endpoint Security — Protection, monitoring, and threat mitigation strategies
Compliance & Security Governance — Alignment with organisational policies and regulatory requirements

The purpose of this workshop is threefold. First, we will review and align on Windows Security Baselines to ensure consistent, secure configurations across environments. Second, we will evaluate enforcement mechanisms such as Group Policy and modern management approaches to ensure scalability and compliance. Third, we will produce clear, actionable security standards and implementation guidance that can be adopted globally.

You should expect a programme focused on practical application, including hands-on configuration, validation scenarios, and cross-team collaboration. We will share insights, document our findings, and ensure outcomes are aligned with real operational needs.
